Watchers in the Dark

(Notes: A feminist, sometimes transfeminist, conspiricy that sets stations up near systens they beleive are worringly devoid of women's rights. They set up in oort clouds if not in orbit of the worlds they are 'watching' and keep a vigil aroyund said world while they try to either reform these worlds or quarantine these worlds, in the case of worlds that are too fundamentalist to reform.)

The Watchers are a group dedicated to women's rights, and seek to adjust civilizations that stray from the path of gender equality. They also try protecting the galaxy from nascant civilizations that are far from the feminist ideals, either supramacy or equality when it's the only option. They will consider mankind in situations where they cannot advance their goals otherwise, only. Their primary goal is supporting the goals of feminist instellar, a orginization they founded out of worlds that are feminist or female dominated. A sister orginization, Humanity instellar is created for worlds that are equality based. Both are loose and worlds will only interact when they are close enough. Civilizations they approve of are linked via gifts of Generation II, advancement XII engine schenatics or several engines for use in said world's starshuips. In rare cases they help uplift civilizations towards FTL travel. Post birth of magic, they can perhaps gift magical FTL travel to lower tech civilizations and all else required.
