Background

The year is 165 Stellar Era (SE). Humanity has found superpowered beings in itself, made strides in understanding all sorts of technological wizardry, met aliens, saved the galaxy from Reaper invasion (okay, that was mostly aliens, but we helped!), and generally become a major player in the intrigue-filled world of galactic politics. The Symbiotry of Peaceful Beings is neither particularly symbiotic nor particularly peaceful at times but it works well enough. The galaxy is largely at peace, with indeterminate border skirmishes, unfriendly sporting matches, and the occasional space pirate or terrorist attack being the most violent the universe tends to get.

...and on your (possibly new) home planet of Aphran, this is all so far away. Lightyears away from anything vaguely threatening, Aphran is a rich planet which was privately purchased by the Apollyon Trust during the golden age of colonization, far from any political flashpoints, Apollyon is a quiet, prosperous world largely ruled by unfettered nanofabricator capitalism. With near-nonexistent government safety standards, its protection from non white-collar crime is private security. Like you.

Corporate-sponsored crimefighting supermen, tapping the legacy of Talent that humanity has had, built from the ground up as PR projects, or whatever your origin, you are the face of corporate security on Aphran, a kinder, friendlier mask on law enforcement.

Posthumans

Build Wild Talents characters on 300 points. All non-mystic, non-divine archetypes are valid, although psionic supermen with mystic trappings are acceptable. (Marketing!)

A significant proportion of superhumans are actually engineered via technological methods.

Tentatively, use the "250 point one-roll character" to get 244 of those points, and assign the remaining 56 yourself.
