Scourging Wind Raid – Thievery! In Shaping, lets you steal other Raksha’s treasures, though not attuned artifacts, Graces, or hearthstones(3m, 1wp); activated with an assumption, it allows you to steal anything (except attuned artifacts) automatically unless the mark has Essence 2 or higher, to which you receive automatic successes on your Larceny and Stealth rolls equal to your Sword Grace. Neither the target nor bystanders notice the theft for the Raksha’s Essence in scenes, unless some action calls attention to the item’s absence. (0g Assumption, 3m 1wp use)
