- Ruined Underhold
- Molybdov
- Town
Dwarves it is. They have basically been on meager resources for a long time, and everything has since fallen into ruin save a smallish town.
- The Echoing Shadows
- Underhaven
- Gold Mine (abandoned)
- Wizards Tower (abandoned)
The place is absolutely deserted except for the occasional monster or beast. I'm going with abandoned stuff requiring the expenditure of gold & mana equal to construction cost, but takes effect right away. So to make a 10-pt site productive again would require 2500 gold and/or mana.
