Proposed Powers

Root
Roll Heart + 3. Causes target mob to stop movement. Resisted by Physical.

Sensing
The character can go into sensing mode and gains automatic successes equal to Heart against enemy stealth successes. Winning means the enemy is detected. Threshold 1 - before it attacks; 2 - extreme range; 3 - outside the park.

Alternative: character can spend 1 warmth to ping. Roll Heart vs stealth successes but with one bonus success against Physical-based stealth.

Buff

Resist
Allows replacement of Physical with Heart for a single resistance.

Shockwave
Attacks enemies in a small area around the caster.

Always hits but deals little damage?

Force
Propels enemies when struck and deals 1 damage.

Restore
Roll Heart + 3. Cancel that many successes worth of debuffs affecting party members.

Fire
Attacks with Heart + 3. Deals 1 damage and then 1 damage per turn for Heart turns.

Animate
Spend 2 Warmth. Create a summer minion with stats based on Heart.

Haste
Roll Heart. (1 Success: Target character is put on top of the init order; 3: And gets an extra action; 5: And counterattacks once on an attack against her)

Overflowing Life
Doubles rate of regeneration. No heart regeneration.
