Who Fought(Core+Allies)

Initially, Korea and Japan(For the western front) and UNASUR(Libertadors) were the main combatants during the war. Heavy losses at Kanon, Otome, and Malvinas force the colonial nations to handle most of the fighting? --Five
In order to pool resources, the major colonies(Nova Angeles, Colbert, Nuevo Colombia, Corregidor, Esperanca, Forward, Guadalupe, Jefferson, Marin, Oceania, Peron, and Tensai) sign the so called "Dozen Powers Treaty", organizing the Pacific Arm Colonial Allied Military Force, or PAC-AM for short. A regional treaty organization in the vein of NATO or SEATO, PAC-AM's joint command staff located at a heavily defended military bunker on Corregidor handled high-level operations, leaving command of local forces to their local militaries. --Five
Main points of conflict were the Esperanca-Malvinas-Che Corridor, the Ophen-Oriole-Marin Corridor, and the Kanon-Otome-tensai Corridor . --Five
Valera entered hostilities with Liberacion, Che, and Malvinas in response to attacks on her merchant shipping. --Five
ASEAN is far removed from the conflicts, based on the placement of its colonies. Given that none of its big players (and especially not Indonesia) in the PACT lost colonies, they might end up being the dove faction by default. Beyond adventurism, they have no reason to retake the colonies that Japan, America and UNASUR couldn't keep a leash on. --Exhack 11:34, 12 June 2011 (PDT)
Indonesian adventurism and Australia's longtime support of American military coalitions might however drive their particular colonies to nominally support PACT campaigns. --Exhack 11:34, 12 June 2011 (PDT)
As a center for research with a relatively unhardened populace, Oceania is a likely target for terrorism. Invasions are logistically difficult and mishaps result in major atrocities. It's also surrounded by friendly colonies. Nobody wants to deal with that (except for the Libs, who don't give a fuck). --Exhack 11:34, 12 June 2011 (PDT)

Who Fought(ZOCU+Allies)

Kanonian Celestial Militia forces were mainly involved in the Kanon-Otome-Tensai Corridor --Five
Liberacion & Che's early offensive managed to easily conquer, with the help of pro-Libertador fifth columnists within the government, the planet Malvinas early in the war. --Five
SIYAN supported the KCM's push towards Tensai in small numbers. The Erebus-Rapture-Furukawa-Nova Angelese Corridor is mostly low-key during the fighting--Five
ZCM Pacific Forces, based mainly at Ophen & Choson, pushed up towards Marin --Five
Oceania likely involved in domestic affairs and commerce protection. Expect Corrigedor to be the same, given both economies are dependent on the financial well-being of the bloc. --Exhack 11:34, 12 June 2011 (PDT)

Basic Equipment and stuff (Core)

Korea+Japan used mainly a mixture of Earth-Origin equipment in the early war, much of it pre-breakdown. --Five
Initial PAC-AM equipment a combination of indigenous designs and American/Brazilian/Japanese/other equipment. In the push for a degree of self reliance and standardization, modern indigenous equipment and licence built earth-craft begin to replace older kit. Standardized indigenous&earth craft become the mainstay of PAC-AM aerospace forces, with the CF-86 Puma and F-87 Hellcat becoming widely produced and spread, seeing use even with independent forces --Five
Earth Military Forces use fleets composed mostly of Supercarriers, System Control Ships, and Battleships, which can be afforded in large numbers with their superior industry and economies. PAC-AM, with much less industry and money to work with, begins to use smaller, more cost efficient designs such as the BLANK and BLANK. --Five
Valeran military forces were gifted reasonable numbers of PAC-AM combat equipment following their entry into the war. Or maybe they were given the licence early in the war and produced some stuff. --Five
Oceania makes use of zero-gravity UAVs and transforming aerospace units. Because building tanks AND fighters is logistically draining, they have to make use of combat platforms that can do both somewhat efficiently. Designs based machines used by Indonesian forces for Orbital Elevator defense and built by regional contractors operated by a native Indonesian corporation pre-breakdown. --Exhack 11:34, 12 June 2011 (PDT)
ASEAN imports arms. Australia is the world's number 1 arms importer in the current era, and it's likely little has changed. Indonesia has some native corporations, and it's very likely that their design ethic has been influenced by the need to protect the orbital elevator from the Chinese. Outside of those two local fabber operators pay expensive DRM fees to manufacture American and Japanese units. Expect jailbreaking to be a major economic issue in the Breakdown era, where manufacturers HAD to use illegally obtained blueprints to produce parts and survive. --Exhack 11:34, 12 June 2011 (PDT)

Basic Equipment and stuff (ZOCU&Friends)

Theotech --Five
Somewhat more core-styled gear from the Libs, with heavy use of railguns? --Five

Where did shit go down?

????

Major Battles & Campaigns

Battle of Kanon & the Kanonian Campaign: Same as it was before, just with less Americans. Japanese and Korean fleets suffer heavy losses in the end. --Five
Battle of Tensai: ZOCU forces attempt to destroy Tensai's fleet to force the Core to negotiate. Becomes an early victory for PACT forces, partly because of the deployment of Combat Frames among colonial forces in earlier years along with the earlier embarrassment over Kanon prevents PAC-AM leaders from underestimating ZOCU aerospace. --Five
Battle of Malvinas: UNASUR fleet jumps into system to support the planet against attacking forces. Fleet is ambushed and cut to pieces by the combined military force of Liberacion, Che, and the Pro-Libertador Malvinans. --Five
It'd be totally boss if someone invaded an Oceanian hab and made a crisis situation of it. Probably a crack team of commandos sent in to disrupt one of the major research groups, with minimal atrocity factor. --Exhack 11:34, 12 June 2011 (PDT)
