Sho Nakamura
Sho Nakamura (Japan)
Sho was born on one of the OPS colonies. His mother worked for ETTAC as a researcher while his father was involved as scientific liason to the OPS government and was often on Earth. The colony they lived on was marginally aligned with the OPS and it's leadership saw his mother's work on a new combat frame type as a way to declare independence as well gain military and political power. Sensing something was up she and her team tried to leave the colony and were arrested as Chinese defectors. Sho was captured and questioned before he was brought to his mother's lab to force her reveal how to activate the frame. By sacrificing herself, She ensured Sho was able to reach the cockpit and activate it using his neural patterns. He escaped the colony and made a beeline for his father still on Earth.
With the fallout of the coup still settling his father lobbied to have the machine, now named Sojourn, made property of the ETTAC to prevent the colony from laying claim to it and forcing it back. He also made Sho a Special Agent of ETTAC as he was the only person capable of piloting it now. Sho now lives on Earth and works with the ETTAC to uncover the secrets of Sojourn lost with his mother's death.
