Second Sphere SP Rules

Note that these are tentative and the amount of SP is to be determined. However some weaker paths can be expected to provide one or two extra SP, on top of the ones that specifically provide a large amount (mixed population, for example).

No more than 10 points may be spent in any given field with the exception of Indies, who may spend up to 20.

1 SP grants the following:

Special Exceptions

SP may not be used to raise a tech index above 30 unless the pre-SP value exceeds 30, at which case the SP cost is doubled. This does not apply to special index (Transgenics, xenotech, basic theotech, advanced theotech, any Signature technology)
