Project Pegasus

From the Philadelphia Experiment to the attempts at making a real live Time Tunnel, Project Pegasus was given the purview of expanding America's exploratory reach through time and space. Given the effects of the green fog they didn't seem to achieve much, but then again they always played their cards close to the chest and still get funding despite their so called lack of success.
