Platinum Hegemony

The Platinum Hegemony were only a small nation of their home universe, a poor, fourth rate state, suffering from numerous internal problems and petty Tyranny. The tyrant they have now however is not so petty. Hegemon Estra Javiet is an iron ruler. A young post human, created as a tool by one of the Hegemony's many factions, Javiet led a brutal coup which ended with her linking to the hegemony's central computer systems and the slaughter of most of those political factions who had supported her.

The Hegemony now rests under Javiet's Platinum and Carbon fist. Legions of robotic enforcers and cyborgs, psychologically engineered for loyalty and constantly monitored enforce the Hegemon's will. The Hegemony keeps its people in a state of constant surveillance and it is said that one in every ten people work for the security services. Crime however is all but non-existent (except for official corruption) and the economy is expanding.
