The Phoenix Republican Uprising was a major revolt against the ruling dynasty of the Phoenician Empire in the year of 5322 AE. The Le'Reinne government in the Jardin Republic joined the fighting almost immediately. The war was waged entirely on the territory of the Empire.

Following the Battle of the Broken Kybelle, Imperial forces had reclaimed the capital and broken the short lived Phoenix Republic. The remnants of the Phoenician Revolutionary Army, led by a defecting Commodore Joachim Mornstein-Montfort, managed an organized retreat to Jardin controlled space where they would remain and eventually resettle. For their part, the century old Le'Reinne government would ironically themselves soon be overthrown by violent popular outrage over the Estelle Scandal despite having secured an immense strategic advantage over the Empire at relatively little cost.

The newly ascended Empress Mizuiru-Saria signed the Treaty of Haven with the new Desmond government in Jardin, which ended both the Phoenix Republican Uprising and the Jardin War. Though it had ended the war on a string of unexpected victories, the Phoenix Empire had been devastated by a bloody civil war and permanently ceded its footholds along the Red-Blue Lines.
