Damocles
A tiny, 'V'-numeral masked goblin balancing on a bulky sword.

Ahab
A bloated monster bound with wires, leaking fluid from cuts and bearing a 'XV' mask. It uses the wires to move, crawling along.

Mariam
A cloaked figure with four black, scabby arms, two of which clutch a large stone statue. Its shriek calls other shadows. We could not discern a mask or number.

Fracture
Headless, spindly robed figure clutching a bundle in many arms. The bundle contains its XVIII mask. Can cast Darkness.

Boss
Hydrophobe
A grotesquely obese mass pierced by dozens of black arrows, with an 'IX' mask. Presumed to represent Leon Calvo's fear of water.

Umbra
A slime-like residue that coats the Otherworldly electrical room of the school. It attacks by engulfing people, and psychically assaulting them with images of fear and despair. It has no discernible core, making defeating it difficult. It differs from other shadows, appearing to have been deliberately reconfigures somehow. The remains of one of Waclaw's creations.
No elemental weakness could be discerned. It was never actually beaten by the party, who fled the room and locked it inside. They have not yet returned to finish it, if it is even still there.
Penumbra
A creature resembling a hollow egg-sac, which contained Umbra within it. It was found in the electrical room. A pitiful creature that does not attack, it tried to flee the room into the hall. It is extremely resistant to physical damage. It did not have a visible mask. The remains of one of Waclaw's creations.

Eclipse
A massive flesh sac with a distended face that poured out Persona-copying shadow. It was invulnerable while its summons were up and maintained a general debuff every turn it was able. It did not have a visible mask. One of Waclaw's creations.

Ungeziefer
A enormously powerful and deceptively fast mechanical monstrosity, based on a darkness-boiler above a furnace. It had the ability to steal the powers of those it shoved into its furnace, but tenacious tactics and the power of friendship overcame it. Its 'V' mask was internal. One of Waclaw's creations.

A grotesquely enlarged Ahab, with a dozen serpentine heads and breath that diseases the mind. Calls Ahabs when roused.

A woman with grey robes, grey skin, a blank silver mask with sharp edges and a sword.

Chernabog
Waclaw's persona, now a dark void without structure or identity. Possesses powerful magic of multiple kinds, and can shift form to change elemental properties or negate enemy attacks.
