Forsaken Pharos. Former Dragon Blooded Dynasty who did not Exalt and was assigned to oversee some family holdings on the fringes of the Realm. After some years adopting Vlad Tepes-like policies in order to "impose order" she was violently deposed and chased into the Hundred Kingdoms where a Demon found her one night. . .
