Character Creation

Character Creation should be fairly familiar to anyone who has previously done white wolf character creation. Unaugmented stats range from 1 to 5, and a limited number maybe raised to 6 to represent more than human qualities. After initial creation, they maybe raised further by the use of cybernetics or by the use of super powers.

Base

This is your basic self before you got your argumentation and powers. Use the build for aberrant's 2.0s 1%er but your abilities are not capped at 3 points.

You may not buy bioenhancements, sanction, eufiber or authority. Bioenhancements come from a later field.
