Root

All characters have one root; this will define some of their traits.

• Noble - Nobles are those who do not pilot Avatars; these individuals can include admirals, generals and spymasters.
• Knight - Knights are those individuals who have received the training and conditioning to be able to pilot an Avatar.
• Diver - Divers are those magi who have been trained in the knightly arts. While not necessarily as adept at handling their Avatars as knights, they can operate a psy-lens.

Each character will have a minimum of 1 character and 1 root trait. Higher tier characters will be more likely to have more root traits.
