Description: Medium Dark and Bishoujo. Reiko's dark hair is done short (neck length). She's slim and fairly athletic, and constantly genki, filled with enthusiasm about everything. She does newspaper club, and swimming, and only occasionally embarrasses her friends by talking about her strange political views.

Magic Girl Name: Radiant Lily

Description: White Wings made of lily pettles spread from Radiant Lily's back, framing long dark hair. Her dress's shoulders rise into a second set. The rest of her outfit is still that of a classic magic girl, with a large reb bow on the chest, a gleaming white gem in the centre of a Lily in it's centre. Rather than a sailor suit collar, the dress's top looks like it could be worn by a princess, though the skirt is much shorter. Her legs are covered by white stockings, embordered with red stitching spelling out fragments of her thoughts and desires . . . or simply what she wishes others to think they are. Her arms are covered in long red gloves, with symbols for hope and freedom embroidered on the bracers.

Description: The daughter of a former USAF pilot and a japanese woman, Momiji (who for legal reasons has her mother's family name) has spent several years in the US at various times, interspersed with time at different places in Japan. This has left her generally bereft of long-term friends and a general shyness and insularity due to teasing she has recieved over things ranging from her blonde hair to her height to her Japanese-accented English to her English-accented Japanese. She prefers the company of books or the internet. Visually she is classically attractive, though (by Japanese standards) tall and shapely. Her long blonde hair is in a hime cut.

Description: Supernal Momiji is an ageless youth in perpetual prime with flashing eyes the color of new shoots and long hair the color of autumn foliage. She perpetually sheds momiji leaves from between the strands of her hair, initially green but fading to violets and reds as they spiral on the soft breezes that surround her before finally disintigrating into sparks as they touch the ground. With her element being Summer Invictus, whenever they touch fertile soil it will soon sprout new shoots save when she is angry, in which case they will instead kindle fires like the renewing flames of summer.

Supernal Momiji wears a form-fitting dress of woven white gold with an underlayer of purplish-red maple leaves, the figure-following armor of her metal thigh boots extending almost to the hem of her dress. Her arms and hands are clad in the same armor, all of it solid like a century oak until she moves. Overlapping plates of silver hang down protecting the outside of her legs and an armored chestplate complete the panoply. The delicate violet and green etchings that adorn the armor seem to float just above it, like the mirages of summer heat. Her blade shimmers, shifting between sword and naginata seemingly of its own volition

Hinanawi Kaguya

Description: Braided/flowing waist length black hair, dark brown eyes behind under-rim glasses/coloured contacts, slightly above average height.

Recent events have finally taken a toll on her body. Though she's managed to maintain her composure out of habit (outside the presence of inimical individuals), her slender form has given way to gauntness and her eyes have lost their easy smile.

Kaguya is a fairly ordinary high school student and part-time fashion model of some renown and tries her best to keep her work and her personal life separate. With the aid of her agent-mother, a former Geisha, she has crafted a casual appearance that conceals her natural good looks, permitting her to avoid the inevitable unwanted advances. In her free time, she joins her friends on trips downtown to keep up with the latest trends or to feed a danmaku arcade machine with money, all funded by her cut of her salary. She has recently joined the Tea Ceremony club, mainly at the behest of her mother that she "learn some useful skills". This has led to an unfortunate reduction in gaming time (studying, shopping and work too important to miss).

Kaguya follows a simple philosophy in her daily life: The avoidance of trouble, specifically of the kind that is difficult to solve and may cause more trouble down the road. Her hobby exemplifies what she considers to be the best way to accomplish this: Small, careful movements coupled with high situational awareness. Either that or it's a rationalization for laziness, shyness and a Machiavellian mindset.

Description: Kaguya's hair turns a white-pink-purple, white near the roots growing deeper near the tips, while her eyes turn a golden yellow, the colours of her totem flower. Her outfit has become considerably more utilitarian. Frilliness has been replaced by a simple light-medium orchid purple Chinese style dress with long slits for mobility. Over this she wears a long white coat with gold trim and orchid embroidery, belted at the waist but left open. For accessories, she has a matching white beret with her seed jewel , now a gold embroidered white ribbon, attached to the left.

Power 1: Danmaku "Fractal Sign: Extreme Colour Typhoon" The typical "spread shot" found in shmups, Kaguya makes it a little more interesting, with the colour of each "wave" following that of the rainbow.

Inspired by the Witches' ability to synthesize magic and technology, the AREA-001X is Orchid's attempt at replicating the look, if not the workings of it. In addition to mecha-musume bits and physical shield, it also includes the five meter long MCX-001 Elemental Reactor Cannon which doubles as a club in a pinch.

Special Power: MCX-001 Elemental Reactor Cannon Though Kaguya managed to pull off a quickened Final Spark once before, she prefers to use her newly developed MCX-001 to do so. Permits Buster Beam firing without charge-up delay with one turn cooldown.

Kamino Chiri

Kamino Chiri is an ordinary middle class Japanese girl who is small of stature and cute rather than beautiful. Her hair is orange and actually goes just past shoulder length, though the way she ties her pigtails makes it seem shorter. She is a card-carrying pettanko but is considered to have decent legs by the male student body, which helps as her magic girl uniform involves thigh highs. Her big pink-rose-gemstone eyes are rather more striking than the rest of her, and have highly reflective quality should one meet them for any length of time. She is the pinkest and girliest of the Summer Knights troupe and the Heart of the group if there was any. Although quite hapless at first, Chiri is thought to have unfathomable potential as a magic girl.

Chiri has several mundane superpowers, amongst which is the ability to eat any amount of sweets and baked goods without getting fat (or tall, or any better endowed). She does very well in useless subjects like Art and Social Studies and poorly in useful ones like Math, the Sciences and English. She is especially bad at Phys Ed where she is part of the laggard pack, barely ahead of the dying sick girls and the anemic meganekko that konks out during warm-up. However, there is somtimes circumstantial indication that she is actually much smarter than her grades suggest. She is a superb cook and especially good at baking since she has worked part time at her mother's bake shop since she was little and inherited most of her powers in that regard. The kitchen is one of the places where her mild though noticeable streak of klutziness never manifests. Being that as she sells cakes for a living, her smile seems to gain a sinister edge when offering baked goods to the others.

Because of her appearance and characteristics, she interests a smaller, different subset of males than most of the rest of the cast, such as the shyest of the shy boys drawn to her kind heart, the creepy lolicon English teacher, or many who have tasted her cooking once and dream of eating it daily. Of course, Chiri is kind to a fault and tries to see the good parts of everybody. In day to day life she tries hard to be helpful. She has not been known to become romantically attracted to anyone however.

Following the latest dark turn in the adventure of the Summer Knights, Chiri briefly went solo to petition for power from the Snow Queen and became the new Bitter Spring, commissioned for the extraordinary mission of regicide to bring about a turn of the ages.

Confirmed to appear in Heaven's Garden S2 as an antagonist.

Seed Jewel: A jewelless silver ring on a thin chain around her neck hanging over an almost imperceptible scar where the Snow Queen's sword pierced her heart and was shattered. It has incredibly tiny imagery of cherry blossom season on the outside and a perfect blizzard on the inside. Description and Features: Compared to the normal Chiri, Perfect Cherry Blossom appears older, has a full figure and her bust size is increased by two cup sizes. Her long rose pink hair is free flowing and her eyes are heterochromatic. The main dress is a frilly opalescent off-white pink gown with matching armsleeves, maid's headdress and shin boots. The hem cuts to the waist at the front, revealing a thigh-length underskirt and almost reaches the ground at the back. Everything is ribboned in glittery midnight blue ribbons with hanging ones (long enough to not get in the way) connecting each of the bows. The underskirt and thigh highs are the same very dark midnight blue glittering with straight lines that rarely flash in the light and seem to form repeating snowflake patterns.

A rainbow-tinged beams fire from the Snow Cherry Parasol. Can either be fired as a fairly coherent blast or divided into many smaller attacks as it passes through the snowflake crystal at the tip.

A defensive magic girl dance wherein she turns briefly into a cloud of blowing sakura petals (actually motes of pink light) and zips out from harm's way or a parry where a similar effect billows out from the point of contact.
