Background

• Has paranoid delusions, but is fully lucid when dealing with tasks in front of him. Prone to wandering in circles and ranting when not engaged in a task.
• Former military. Very recently discharged due to being a crazy person.
• Overheard the brass talking about the railgun two days before his discharge, and decided it was his chance to SHOW EVERYONE that the ILLUMINATI were the real power behind the so-called sky gods!
• Claims to be part of the anti-Illuminati resistance movement. He is also the only person in this resistance movement, but will not admit that unless pressed.

• Eyes are always open slightly wider than they should be, often bloodshot.
