Premise
Players are regional power players in the South fighting on the side of the Realm and the Risen Empire.
Information
The Empire of the Southern Threshold, also known as the Risen Empire is a constellation of several dozen city-states and fortresses that dot a stretch of land about quarter the size of the Blessed Isle within the heartland of the South. Concealed from the invading Raksha through sorcerous works in the penultimate days of the Shogunate, it was a remnant of a remnant and believed lost to the borders of Creation as so much of world was in that time. It reappeared again for a time six hundred years ago and became an emerging power before the Risen Emperor suddenly issued a decree to once again go dormant. Only recently, with the Scarlet Empress vanished and Lookshy's political troubles has it returned to attempt to restore order to a fallen world.
Characters
Standard chargen with 20 background dots instead of 10. Characters have to be relatively independent and connected to social groups.
