Honestly, I think she's a secret fetishist who is into rope bondage, tieing in with alexandra and cara's whipwork. I think eh probably ropes herself up when nobody's around and investigates things like the japanese art of shibari. She was probably caught in the mummification wrappings at some point in her upbringing, and probably wants the good ethernaut to ride her like a pony, or in general, treat her like a pony- which probably extends into your typical petplay fare.

She presents herself as a prim proper lady, but the thing she wants most is someone who will ignore all that, and 'tempt' or otherwise take charge of her and drag her down the vile and naughty road of that sort of thing. She's very much a sub. She would *prefer* a good man, but recognizes that those are fleeting, and will settle for a good woman- which extends to those she knows particularly well, although anyone with a charismatic aura will probably draw her in.

At the same time, Cathy is in it for the fun of it. She enjoys it when there's an air of intimacy between those involved, and for this reason is extremely turned off by things most people would be turned off by- a large part of this stems from her fear of Flambeau, who would probably do untoward things to her if he came back- and Cathy has a very real fear of that. Now, if it were Doree, well, all bets are off. But as it is, she's kind of in a balancing act because she doesn't have anyone to serve as a dom to her sub on a regular basis.
