Shadow Angel - Mistress of the Mind and Wearer of a Thousand Faces. Terrifying creature of the night, but dedicated to Justice.

Phoenix Girl - The force of rebirth and fire bound to a little girl wise beyond her years. Evil underestimates her at their peril.

Blade of the Ages - A man whose martial skills transcend Time Itself! It is said he returns from his secret dojo in the mountains of Japan when the innocent cry out for vengeance.

ELEUTHERA - a secretive man, the intelligence branch of the Captain's Team. Master of the Web, he keeps them informed and fights the brutal stranglehold of the Dark Union for true Freedom.

Nemesis - A divine assassin of the unjust and the punishment for hubris since Ancient Greece, Nemesis is reincarnated every generation to hunt those place themselves as gods, and so he comes to Chicago for his own reasons

The Villains

Adm. Curtis Starkhorn - Maddened cyborg out to turn American Democracy into his own brand of murderous tyranny. Uses the system to control innocent people and destroy free will, but the Captain and his team of trusty allies stand against him.

K. J. Morbuchs - Starkhorn's rival and master of manipulation. The most dangerous foe Captain Cavitation will ever face....

Natural Killer - Once a lover of the Captain, now turned to the side of the Dark Union as the mistress of medical murder. Can he survive someone who set's his heart ablaze literally?
