Aeternia Lentithe is an unhappy daughter of House Lentithe. Her House refused to swear loyalty to the Republic, and evacuated itself and its holdings to the mainland before Independence. It avoided the destruction of the war, and returned to power in Eta Ward after the conflict. Power, but no glory. Aeternia's father always felt shamed by the house's flight, and Aeternia has inherited his feelings. She is a voracious reader of military literature, and inevitably found her way to illicit Library volumes describing the true history of the Eleutherian War. She devoured stories of the heroes of the Republic, and their exploits in a hopeless, and hopelessly brave struggle against impossible odds. At the same time she read about the excesses and crimes of the Chosen, and matching them to her own experience as a Noble in the harshest of the Correctional Zones, became deeply disillusioned with the so-called "divine" overlords.
It was with awed disbelief then that she found her district housing a force of soldiers under the command of honest-to-goodness war hero Jonas Flavius, of the fabled 10th Legion. Aeternia is old enough not to gush like a schoolgirl, but as an Autoclaire pilot of some skill herself she idolizes the former LOKI driver. She would give anything to lead her house beside this living legend, to seek the glory in defense of a righteous cause it was once denied.
