- Blessing 10: Yayoi's right hand contains an absolute purification technique. It can touch spirits, and deals aggravated damage to supernaturals. Furthermore, it can counter static or dynamic effects with an attribute + martial arts roll, provided the effect is one that can meaningfully be countered with a hand.

- Akamori Kenji is a petty crook and slacker who somehow always gets by and knows more people than you'd expect. He was in his final year at Higashigawa High when Yayoi was in her first, and fished her out of her first big misadventure after things fell apart. These days he mostly supplies her with alcohol or low-peril odd jobs. Yayoi had an idea of getting music for a floor routine out of his musician boyfriend, but then she stopped doing them.
- Barabara Yuuko owns Hooded Lantern, a shop that sells herbal remedies, occult curios, and some drugs. She seems to be the sole proprietor despite seeming to be in her early twenties, and has seemed to be both ever since Yayoi first met her in primary school while hunting for urban legends. She sometimes hires Yayoi for odd delivery jobs and usually has tips about what's happening around town. She has secretly been using Yayoi to destroy dangerous items.
