The Provident Commonwealth of the United Transeisdzarian & Royal Saka Nations, informally the Transeisdzarian Commonwealth(also referred to as the Kingdom of the Rift, or the Commonwealth), is a sovereign state of the Small Magellanic Cloud. Its sovereign space encompasses the majority of the settled space of the Great Rift and beyond, bordering the Phoenix Empire along the coreward limits of the Great Rift and the CoDominium at the terminus of the Negev-Ruhazani lines. The Commonwealth is the fourth-largest state of the Small Magellanic Cloud.

Its government is variously described as a federal union with a common monarch and a constitutional monarchy. The constitutional capital is the system of Concordia's March, with the warship SMS Mikado serving as the auxiliary seat. The current monarchs since 29 February 5323 are the twin Shahzadas Ardeshir and Saki, though their powers have been assumed by a Regency Council until the end of their minority. The Commonwealth consists of over a hundred autocephalous countries and constellations. The systems along the Negev-Ruhazani lines are administrative dependencies of the Commonwealth with limited self-government.
