St Aleister's College
An institution in the south of England with a paper-thin masquerade as a university specialising in humanities. In truth, it trains mages, consors and the families of hermetics. The Technocracy knows of its existence, but tolerates it as a focus for intelligence gathering, and too well-defended to simply destroy. Instead they hope to slowly squeeze it out by the marketisation and STEMification of higher education. It is NOT named for Aleister Crowley, it's the other way around, I can't believe people are STILL getting this wrong, don't any freshers read the guide these days?
St Aleister's is a sanctuary from the technocratic world. But as any Hermetic can tell you, simply being among the enlightened is no insulation from peril.
