Admiral Joachim Benedikt Aemilius Mornstein-Montfort

Joachim Benedikt Aemilius Mornstein-Montfort is a former Imperial nobleman who is the present commanding officer of the Jardin Republic's elite Black Eagles as well as the Phoenix Democracy Movement Navy. Formerly a high ranking officer in the Imperial Guard, he defected to the Republic shortly after the Second Battle of Luxor along with those soldiers and warships loyal to him. Following his defection he was able to obtain high rank within the Republic due to his association with First Minister Desmond, and because of his exploits in battling the mad pirate Hrang.
