The Weapon of my Enemy is a Useful Tool
Ninja did not invent the idea of breaking into an opponent's camp, stealing his clothes, and impersonating him, nor the much more practical idea of stealing your opponent's supplies, but they are tactics that Shu is well versed in. While the setting has changed, and the security measures are different- and even the supplies themselves are newfangled and odd to his reckoning, Shu doesn't see why such a plan shouldn't work.
The Plan:
1. Locate a Technocratic Outpost.
2. Infiltrate/Raid it.
3. Loot their armory and kill their men.
4. Bug out.
It is a simple plan, but with the right preparation it should be effective. Aside from dealing a blow to the cabal's enemies, it would secure them some much needed supplies, and possibly even some intel.
