Yandare at the End of the Universe
Quantum Witch

Endia is a 75%+ cyborg created by a pair of mad scientists studying the rumoured Prime Continuum. After Naguya Ootsutsuki disappeared, Endia went through a stint as Luna Shabranigdu's, her (other, more abusive) mad scientist mother, cybermagical girl agent, killing and taking the stuff of whomever necessary in order to further her research. After a time, the project was discovered and raided by the Monopolists. Professor Shabranigdu was killed but Endia managed to escape to the lower city.

Appearance

Endia looks like a high school aged girl with short blonde hair just starting to be allowed to grow long. Currently wears a hat plus whatever she can find or steal that will look passable. Normally includes tights or pants and full arm elbow gloves to hide the robotics.

Utilizing these threads requires finding them, hence her unique Search and Scrounge skills. Her most powerful trick is to co-locate multiple instances of herself into the present reality.

Additionally, she is a powerful, near-full body cyborg.
