Troops and equipment are separate entities and require different resources to create. While equipment mostly requires industry, Personnel require wealth.

Normal Training X2 wealth per batch at 1 quarters training or X6 wealth for less than a quarters training
Regulars, yeomanry

Extensive Training x3 Wealth per batch for 1 quarters trainings or x9 Wealth for less than a quarters training US Marines, Roman Legionares.

Excellent training X4 wealth per batch for 2 quarters training X12 wealth 1 quarters training, x16 wealth for less than a quarters training. US Army Rangers, Knights, Spartans.
