2+2 D-15 Konig Edward William I-class Super Battleship (Super Battleship +1AG drives, +1 weapons, +2 armor; DP: 25) [36pp/1; 5 IUU, 5 WU, 10 EU]
With heavy armor protection and decent firepower the Kaiserliche Sternmarine expects the D-15 to serve as the anchor of the new battle fleet.

0+3 D-16 Odin-class Heavy Battleship (Super Battleship: +1 AG drives, +1 hangers, +1 armor, +1 weapons; DP: 36) [36pp/1; 6IUU, 5WU, 10EU]

2 D-12 Hampshire-class Battleships Ausf. C (Battleship +1 AG drives, +2 weapons, +1 armor; DP: 5) [20pp/1; 3 IUU, 2 WU, 2 EU]
These were the first battleship of the Thersonian Kaiserliche Sternmarine packing an impressive array of turbolaser batteries and missiles which could utterly demolish any ship of the same class. At least that was the theory, at the Battle of Rum the Sternmarine lost all of the D-12s save for one which sent to Atesia to help protect the system. After war analysis showed that the D-12’s sacrifice of protection for firepower was the most direct problem that the Sternmarine could address in the short term leading to an upgraded model.

0+8 D-12 Hampshire-class Battleship Ausf B.(Battleship +1 AG drives, +2 weapons, +1 shields; DP: 5) [24pp/1; 3 IUU, 2 WU, 4EU]
The D-12 Ausf. B is the product of the Sternmarine’s after war analysis of the Battle of Rum. Taking advantage of shielding technology, the D-12 Ausf. B can survive long range duels but still suffers from a lack of armor protection necessary for close range knife-fights. Ablative armor plates have been suggested as a means of correcting the problem or at the very least provide a slight remedy.

0+9 D-19 Kaiser-class Battleship (Battleship: +1 AG drives, +1 armor; DP: 5) [16pp/1; 2IUU, 2WU, 4 EU)

2 Vindicator-class Battleship (Battleship: +1 Ag drives, +1 fusion drives, +1 missiles) [20pp/1; 2IUU, 2WU, 5EU)

0+5 Schenhorst-class Battleships (Battleship +1 AG drives, +1 armor, +1 shields; DP: 5) [20pp/1; 2 IUU, 2 WU, 4EU]
The Schenhorsts are Thetan built battleships commissioned by the Sternmarine following the end of the CON-COM War. These vessels are built with protection in mind and the Sternmarine plans on refitting the vessels with additional guns when they receive the vessels.

Carriers:

  • 15+11

SCV: 0+1
0+1 Konig-class Space Control Ship (Super Carrier: +1 AG drives, +1 command, +1 deck space, +1 communications, +1 low main, x1 armor plating; DP: 300) [3IUU, 5WU, 10EU]

CVM: 0+2
0+2 E-30 Mecha Carrier (Carrier: +1 AG drives, +2 Mecha deck space, +1 fast launch; DP: 75 mecha) [28pp/1; 4IUU/2WU/4EU]

0+1 D-4 Oldenberg-class Fleet Carrier Ausf. C (Carrier: +1 AG drives, +1 ECM, +1 command, +1 sensors; DP: 100) [24pp/1; 2IUU, 2WU, 4EU]

0+2 D-7 Kroppenstedt-class Troop Carrier (Carrier: +1 AG drives, +1 armor, +1 cargo; DP: 100) [20pp/1; 2IUU, 2WU, 4EU]
An interesting experiment conceived during the Belmarian Civil War for a troop transport that could carry its own landing and support craft. It is unlikely that more of the class will follow as there are more pressing need for carrier hulls for the fighter and mobile suit forces.

CVL: 10 + 4
10 D-27 War Carrier (Escort Carrier +1 AG drives, -1 sensors; DP: 25) [4pp/2; 1IUU, 1WU, 1EU]
Built after the Belmarian Fleet rebellion, the D-27 is a rather unremarkable ship useful only in fleet actions and even then only to provide close air support for the fleet carriers. With the conclusion of the War of Belmarian Succession there is some debate over whether the Sternmarine will spend the resources to improve the D-27s, allow them to continue in their original mission profile, or sell the carriers to more desperate nations.

0+4 D-18 Light Carrier (Escort Carrier: +1 AG, +1 deck space, -1 sensors; DP: 50 [8pp/2; 2IUU, 1WU, 1EU]

Cruisers

  • 48+6

CL: 32
24 D-2 Ausf. A class Cruiser (Cruiser +1 AG drive; DP: 2) [8pp/2; 1IUU, 1WU, 1EU]
A tough, dependable ship the D-2 serves as the backbone of the Kaiserliche Sternmarine and as its main striking power after the Battle of Rum. With a series of variants and upgrades plannedoh for the D-2, the Sternmarine plans on keeping the D-2 in active service for a long time.

6+2 D-2 Ausf. B class Cruiser (Cruiser +1 AG drive, +1 weapons, +1 armor; DP: 2) [12pp/2; 1IUU, 1WU, 1EU]
A refined upgrade for the D-2 with a slight improvement in firepower and, importantly, armor protection. The Sternmarine intends the D-2 to serve as a front line combatant for a long time.

RC: 4
4 D-3 Recon Cruisers (Cruiser: +1 AG drives, +1 fusion drives, +1 sensors, +1 ECM; DP: 2) [20pp/2; 1IUU, 1WU, 2EU]

CR: 2
2 Impiraght Star Cruiser – Clan Llyr (Cruiser: +2 fusion drives, +2 weapons) [20pp/2; 2 IUU, 1WU, 2EU]

CG: 16
16 Cyclone-class Ausf. E Missile Cruiser (Cruiser +1 AG drives, +1 missiles, +1 heavy weapons; DP: 2) [16pp/2; 2 IUU, 1 WU, 1 EU] Following the CON-COM War the Sternmarine placed an order with the Thetan government for several of the now famous Cyclone-class cruiser. Current plans call for the Cyclones to form into 2 squadrons of eight to serve as a long-range bombardment force.

CA: 0+4
0+4 D-8 Heavy Cruisers (Cruiser: +2 weapons, +1 armor, +1 AG; DP: 2) [20pp/2; 1IUU, 1WU, 2EU]

CH: 2
2 Storm Cruiser (Cruiser +1 AG drives, +3 disruptors, +1 shields; DP: 2) [60pp/2; 2IUU, 2WU, 6EU]
Interested in acquiring new technologies to help defeat COMINSTEL the Thersonian Reich commissioned a pair of Storm Cruisers for evaluation of fusion technology. While each Storm Cruiser has same ether requirements of at least six regular cruisers their firepower almost makes up this fact and Therson is considering purchasing additional examples of Republic Arms technology.
