Description: When a well-guarded pocket-dimension was discovered and breached, the mages who did so found a beautiful but surreal garden planet, lush and teeming with strange patterns and colours. They also found a young boy, wandering amid the greenery, beneath an emerald-hue sun, a pale boy with dark hair. Taken back and educated, the boy learned quickly - he said his name was Kaysid, but as he could give no last name, he was given the name 'Caliban'. He was studied carefully for weeks as he learned, during which he was discovered to practice magic - summoning little, bizarre creatures for amusement.

Now grown, Kaysid has become a full mage, serving in the 234th GF Infantry Battalion on its first mission.

Boost Device: Imperial. A metallic torc-collar that rises over his head and shoulders in a metal hood, ornate and ridges. In civilian mode, it's just a man's golden chain with a curio depicting a stylized face.

Barrier Jacket: a thick, black mantle that descends from Imperial, covering a tunic and gloves.
