1: Why did you join the Technocracy?

I didn't really join, I was made. I'm R-Grade Agent number 8, decanted at White Helix Labs in the London construct, nano-augmented at the California Nanosystems Institute a few years ago for heavier combat duties. You can check my data file if you have the security clearance, I'm sure it'll tell you the full reason as to why I was built. As to why I think I was built and why I'm here? The world needs watchdogs, the watchdogs need watchdogs, and I do a pretty good job of being the latter.

2: What direction do you believe the world should be steered?

The world and humanity needs to have its tendencies towards "fuck you, I got mine" and shady dealings excised, via surveillance and sousveillance, better government and independent oversight, and maybe occasionally some liberal use of heavy ordinance.

3: Are you patriotic towards any unenlightened nation?

Not at all. I know a bit about politics but just enough to know that I haven't actually been in the world enough to have an opinion. Besides, they're all dysfunctional corrupt oligarchies of some form or another, the ones which aren't outright run by neofeudal warlords.

4: What do you do when not on duty?

I work out, I read, and I dabble in any hobby that catches my fancy. I keep up with a lot of news and I've gone through a lot of hobbies. Right now I'm learning to play music. I'm still not very good at it but it's a hobby.

5: Do you have any important relations with other members of the Technocracy beyond GPT 4582?

Important as in good? Or bad? I have quite a few of both. On the bright side, there's Ethical Compliance, which has generally . On the bad side, I've gotten onto the nerves of more than one research Progenitor, mainly because they really get attached to their ethical violations, or maybe they can't believe their friend was an infernalist and blame us for it.

6: Do you have any important relations with unenlightened people?

Mostly Damage Control constructs. The less-enlightened Technocrats tend to keep anyone who can tear them in half at arm's length for good reason, so we mostly deal with each other. The other dealings I generally have are with support staff. I've talked to people on the outside of the Union but most of that's under a cover identity provided by someone else, and all those relationships are short-term.

7: Do you have any strong political opinions? What are they?

Yes. Corruption is a cancer eating away at basic human decency and society, and unless the cancer is excised before it can metastasize nothing can be done.

8: What is your greatest ambition?

I want to live in a world where there's no need for men like me anymore, where we're rightfully seen as the ancient burned-out relics of a less utopian age put out to pasture.

9: Are you happy with your present position?

Not particularly. I can't wait until I can get transferred back to Ethical Compliance again. I know the excuses, "might need your expertise on xenoshifters and infernalists who want a piece of the crash", but really this is a pretty transparent way to keep me from important investigations because someone thinks their pet xenomorph hive is acceptable science.

10: If you could change one thing about your life what would it be?

My dysfunctional relationships with women.
