Ishida Goro - Father, distant Maritime JSDF high ranking officer, often either at sea or foreign deployment (with the Americans)

Ishida Jin - Twin Brother, brilliant student over in the States at elite academy for gifted students, athletic and popular with the girls

Iwaya Yoko - Paternal Aunt, extremely busy executive, tries to be cool guardian and let Megumi do whatever

Iwaya Rei - Cousin - college age, who bullied Megumi during her Chuuni days, cold but polite relations these days

Kuro Mahao: Still no idea who she was before, she practiced Western magic, but was she Western? She's left a major debt to her heir. Murdered, probably by the Witch of Waters. She was never murdered, she faked her death and transferred her fate to me (probably) and sealed my memories. I have been charged to find her by the Red Duke.

Red Duke: Handsome devil (perhaps literal!), who was involved with my predecessor and has vested interest in me. Surprising reasonable so far. More evidence suggests he might be Satan. Eeek!

Not satan but a powerful demon lord, has a sister. They apparently value me enough to want to seduce, probably not for any good reason though failure state with them is getting your will stolen by them.

I have pinned down, he's a yandere otome male love interest. Awkward when the situation doesn't go his way. Classified: sadistic controlling type. Made him angry when freed Sakura-hime, but revelation that the Kuro Mahou was still alive bought me more time.

The Other Witch: A "sister" by way of the Kuro Mahou's tome. In league with fallen forces and wanted a page on how to be popular. Last seen on fire fleeing

The Hobos of Ueno Station: probably the world's most unlucky hobos.

Correction the hobos outside of that one building with the lovecraft gate got it worst.

Princess of Sachiria: Was informed she was capricious paranoid maniac, meet her and was not disappointed. Hopefully will never cross paths again.

Red: A magick wielding cosplay hero. Actually heroic and totally insane. Still better then the other mages I meet. Note: Doesn't not believe in magic.

Glass-Girl: A Yakuza princess, whose dad screwed up, now target of everybody.

Tatoo Katana Dude: Yakuza dude who channeled power through is tats. Last seen promising revenge. Hopefully he forgets my face!

Nagi: Very cool rich ouju-sama that is letting me live at her place, promised to protect me!

Update, she has fallen in love with me!

I guess its official, she's my girlfriend.

Threads Benjamin: Spider dude artificial human who uses clones to attack, ugly and creepy in service to the Throne

Mask Maker: Runs a spooky shop, not human that drinks blood.

Foxmask: An amoral merc / magus who loves money too much, was close with Nagi. Sparked and prolongs gang wars for profit.

Told me to accept Nagi's feeling as she feels some affection towards the girl having a failed relationship with them. A suspect in the murder of Kuro Mahou. Older then she looks.

Chiba: Underclass man, supposedly professional assassin who wants to go college to change profession. Out of his league.

Lotti: The Witch of Waters. 90% change she's yandere for Red Duke, likely murdered my predecessor.

The Prime Minister: Apparently a big deal in Supernatural community.

A suspect in the murder of the original Kuro Mahou

Gate and the entities beyond it: Lovecraftian horrors, escaped their clutches through the fact I'm already in the clutches of other supernatural horror. My magic was the one (perhaps with the other girls) that broke the gate, and it apparently changed me.

Hsiao: Quiet girl who is mage. Her personality in my interactions has been one of person way outside of her comfort zone.

Demon maids, triple maids who wanted to corrupt me, where chastised. What would a corrupted me even be like?!
