Oktyabrina Zamolodchikova
Russian esper on loan from the Molodyozhnaya-β Station, complete with an ZaL-18pzX1 Elektron bouncer - a modification and evolution of a Soviet-era overcraft, different from the common American designs in being an equilateral triangle instead of a disk and having additional missile armament as opposed to cargo and passenger space.
Not exactly known for being a conversationalist or having good social skills, Oktyabrina is one of a number of augmented esper supersoldiers grown and conditioned artificially as part of a long-running Soviet (and now Russian) program. Her sheltered upbringing (much of which was in a tank dreaming of places beyond time) has resulted in a rather naïve individual. Also, an ability to not get wrinkly skin due to being in water for long periods of time.

Albert "Al" Sadowski
When Al was a young hacker, he was working with a group of mercenaries when he encountered a mysterious young girl. When she offered a chance to work for Dyson Labs, he jumped at the chance. Later on, as he grew into his hidden psychic potential (as well as older), he became unintentionally involved in a power play in the organization. MJ12 pushed him out, and he fortunately found his way to the Navy - getting other work is difficult when you don't exist and your entire resume is classified, illegal, or both.
