Tsukiji Drifters

Leader: ??
Turf: SE Hinagiku
Themes: Motorhead Punks
Colour: Green
Signature Weapon: Crowbar

The Tsukiji Drifters went to war with the Otome when the latter's figurehead guitar girl, Mio, killed the Tsukiji boss by accident with a straight razor. They had previously been in a Manly Conflict with the Wind Street Bike Gang which has now been overshadowed. Though silly looking, they are the biggest gang in Hinagiku by sheer numbers and have a great deal of income, especially coming in from their pier and warehouses at Butcher's Bay Yard where they import contraband from across the strait. They are presently leaderless and are presently predominantly driven by revenge.

Wind Street Bike Gang

Leader: Watanabe Yuiichi
Turf: E/NE Hinagiku
Themes: Japanese Bike Gang
Colour: Blue
Signature Weapon: Spanner

The Wind Street Bike Gang was previously in a Manly Conflict with the Tsukiji. Having had this interrupted they are now on a wait-and-see track. Wind Street has a diverse income and don't rely on any one thing. Though they aren't as rich as the Tsukiji, bikes also tend to cost less than cars. They are an outlying member of the loosely organised Motor Empire that rules Ichigun led by the Bike King Boss.

North Hinagiku Gladiators

Leader: Sengouka Noriko
Turf: N/NW Hinagiku
Themes: Baseball
Colour: Manly Pink
Signature Weapon: Baseball Bat

North Hinagiku Gladiators share a name with the baseball team located there, one of the strongest baseball teams in Jura Megalopolis. They control North Hinagiku Arena which forms a large portion of the income along with some gambling and the usual sort of prostitution, construction work and racketeering schemes. Though smaller and more region-restricted, they are reputed to be strong.
