Another member of the Deutsches Ahnenerbe – Studiengesellschaft für Geistesurgeschichte, Ludwig, unlike his fellow escapee Herman Jaeger, as not changed much over time. That is to say, he is as insane now as he was in the 1930s and 40s.

Charged originally with making supersoldiers for the Third Reich, Ludwig has branched out into other areas of science (or SCIENCE! as the case may be), including, among other things, a lightning gun and at least one prototype war dirigible, with which he plans to (eventually, when more are built) TAKE OVER THE WORD!
