Rules:
1: Each participant must submit a proposal for a story. Stories maybe from 1000 to 5000 words
2: First story ideas are decided randomly.
3: Each participant has 3 weeks to submit their story
4: On submission successful participants may then nominate another person to attempt one of the ideas
Ideas
1: A group of Soldiers Struggles to Deal with a new enemy weapon (FBH)
2: A detective is handed an unusual case (FBH)
