Creatures: Although the world of building a dynasty is populated by horrendous monsters there are other creatures who hold no direct ill will towards those who do not threaten Them; some of these creatures or even the ancients of old that once ruled over most of the world.

Elders:
Long ago humans thought their world was the only one to possess life until a magical portal opened between worlds and bought forth the race which mankind would come to know as the Elders. When the Elders first arrived on the world of men they were single united race however as time went by a split into several distinct kingdoms each taking part of the world for their own. For a brief time the unity of the Elders was reestablished when they encountered the vampire lords and the two races quickly came to blows in what would become known as first great vampire war.
When the first vampire war ended the Elders and vampires both saw the unity shattered; whether vampire Lords Patna many different factions the elders split into two distinct races: the High Elders who built great cities and nations in those that chose just to call themselves elders who moved into the sea forests and built their own woodland domains.
Physical Attributes: As stated the elders split into two different groups the High Elders and their great shining cities and fortresses and the Elders and they are forest domains. Both races bear strong resemblance to man save for being thinner, having pointed ears, purple skin for Elders or dark blue skin for their High Elder kin. The elders are virtually a mortal immune to disease, agent or poison and can only be killed by accident or deliberate act.
Cultural Attributes: Both the elders and high elders are very insular cultures preferring to keep away from the world as it is today. The high Elders maintain isolation in shining fortress cities kept safe from the dangers of the outside world while their Elder kin holdfast hidden in the forests of the world. It is unknown what modern Elder culture looks like today though in the past they were ruled either by a King or Queen selected from among the eldest and wisest of their kind.

Mountain Dwellers:
Mountain Dwellers as humans call them are one of the more interesting races in the world; resembling mankind the most physically though being shorter, stockier, and stronger as well as having lifespans almost double that of humans. As their name suggests, the Mountain Dwellers live deep within mountains having dug themselves whole kingdoms within the mountains.
Physical Attributes: Mountain Dwellers bear striking physical resemblance to humans though shorter and stockier as mentioned above. For either cultural or physiological reasons every single male dwarf over the age of majority has a thick full beard; though perhaps we’ll never know as the Mountain Dwellers refused to talk about the subject with outsiders.
Cultural Attributes: The kharaz-hanuk they call themselves or (people of the stone) are interesting society in that they form loose trading confederations from Mountain domain to Mountain domain as long as is within practical traveling distance without any apparent prejudice or bias toward different septs. One of the more interesting things of khraz-hanuk culture is that rather than fighting wars with one another and always resorted to games of chance or shows of physical or mental strength instead having never actually worn with anyone other than non-mountain dweller peoples. The mountain dwellers possess remarkable metallurgical skills being able to craft metals with far more skill than any other race.

The Wraith:
Many believe that these so-called “Wraith” are merely another offshoot of the elder race due to no separate recording of their arrival on this world as well their appearance in the history books around the same time is the elders were facing their diaspora. During the modern era this question is largely relegated to philosophers and teachers as no one has seen a wraith since the end of the age of magic.
Physical Attributes: From what we know from ancient histories the wraith appeared very similar to the elder save for having ghostly white skin.
Cultural Attributes: Little is known of the ancient wraith culture besides that they were an egalitarian race with both males and females serving in practically every aspect of society. It is also believed that they possessed enchanted weapons which even the elders themselves either did not possess or did not carry through to the modern era.

Cho Jir:
Although first glance the Cho jir are a monstrous species they are actually highly civilized and intelligent people who are willing to cooperate with other cultures and prefer peaceful resolutions to conflict.
Physical Attributes: To human eyes Cho jir appear to be a horrific blending of an insect, lizard, and a large snake. There are four known distinctive castes of Cho jir each with slight physical differences that Mark them apart from one another. While not much is known about Cho jir meeting practices or reproduction what is known is that nobles lay eggs, which she can then condition into becoming a specific caste while it develops.
Noble caste: The noble caste all appear to be females marked by golden scales, white robes over their upper body and white veils over their heads.
Drone caste: Like he noble caste the drone caste appear to be entirely female however there slightly larger and stronger and appearance with dark green scales.
Warrior caste: The warrior caste appears to be entirely male with much larger and more powerful bodies than any of the other castes and is marked by distinctive gray scales and greater physical size.
Mage cast: The mage caste is another all-female caste appear similar in size to the nobles though they are marked by distinctive blue scales.

Cultural Attributes: Cho jir culture is divided along strict hierarchical lines based on caste. Unlike in other cultures however Cho jir caste lines are not arbitrarily chosen by birth but are distinctly different breeds within the species. The noble caste is the leadership group within the Cho jir hive society, possessing the greatest amount of intelligence, the capacity for negotiation and deception, trade acumen and political skill. Despite their intelligence and leadership skills the noble caste is not built for manual labor or warfare being physically weaker than the drone or warrior castes. The drone or “green” caste makes up the craftsman, manual laborers and general workforce of a hive. The warrior or “gray” caste is the largest and physically most powerful of all castes though they lack the individuality and intelligence of the other castes instead having an innate warrior skill set, greater physical strength and durability. The warrior caste relies on specially trained nobles to lead them into battle because of their lack of individuality and creativity, however a more loyal and brave military cannot be asked for. Finally the mage or “blue” caste is physically similar to the nobles except for their inborn ability to channel magic which gives them their distinctive glowing blue carapace. Will not holding leadership positions within a hive the mage caste does hold a place of honor in any Cho jir society.
