Basketball

Basketball works a lot like combat.

Rules of the Game

• Two teams of five (plus subs) compete to score points by getting the ball in the opposing team's basket.
• You can't run more than three steps holding the ball.
• You can't charge, hit, tackle etc. other players.
• A basket is worth 2 points, or 3 if the ball is thrown from outside the 3 point line.

Mechanics of the Game

• The general skill used is Athletics.
• Layups and dunks are difficulty 6. 2pt shots are difficulty 7. 3pt shots are difficulty 8+.
• A height differential might change difficulties by 1 or more.

  • Akagi Akari - A talented elementary and middle school player with professional ambitions, who has had bad luck with teams.
  • Kozuki Helen - Tall, but clumsy. Left the volleyball club due to drama.
  • Ryuugazaki Rei - Constantly goofs off and tries silly trick plays. Boyish.
  • Minamigawa Nico - Hangs out with her friend of the same given name during practice. Low diligence.
  • Kitagawa Nico - Hangs out with her friend of the same given name during practice. Low diligence.
• Shiritsu Lilium Jogakuen - Western Tokyo region
• Shingata Rengou Koutou Gakkou - Western Tokyo region
  • Sawamura Sakura - A recent transfer and addition with a powerful athletic style. Unusually surly and unruly for Shingata Rengou's disciplined team.
  • Kirifuda Kaede - A hard-working player with good technique.
  • Ringo Laplace - A half-Japanese international student from Quebec. The tall and elegant team captain. Highly reliable.
  • Sarah Shepherd - An African-American international student with superb offensive and defensive insight.
