Charms
Charms are minor items, essentially Effects crystallised into material form. They are inherently impermanent, moreso if not suited to their environment.
Making a charm requires prime 2+, appropriate spheres for the effect (max sphere level = prime level used), appropriate materials and quint/tass.

- Quint/tass requirements (tass is better unless it's bad tass for the effect)
- Material rolls: X total sux on appropriate crafting at difficulty Y
- Magical rolls: X total sux on arete
Talismans
Talismans are permanent fragments of the Will of the creator. They last forever, assuming the material substrate survives.
Making a talisman requires prime 3 (only) and more of everything charms required, plus a permanent investment of a part of one's enlightened Will (xp?).
Fetishes
Fetishes are items with a spirit bound into them, willingly or not.
