Conversion Rates for CP -> DP -> Collars

1 DP converts to 500 CP (+100 for each capacity cap, IIRC) 5 DP converts to 1 docking collar. 1000 CP converts to 1 DP, which can in turn be converted to collars.

Caps

Warships are sluggish bricks in atmosphere. You can take a +1 Aerodynamic cap to eliminate this penalty.
