  • Austerity; cannot mobilize for X
  • Tough on Crime; must deploy X characters to Fight Crime during Y period
  • Diplomatic Outreach; Must deploy all available Political characters during Y period
  • Short Victorious War; Go attack somewhere and don't get shit ruined
