Backstory
Hisako is a member of the Akashic Brotherhood, and the former priestess of of a rural Shinto shrine. She mostly follows the Yamabushi tradition but was involved in a cabal mainly associated with the Tensi Arashi Ryu sect of the Vajrapani. She was forced to flee into the Umbral realms by a conflict with the technocracy, which left the rest of her cabal dead, and has only recently resurfaced in London, England. She seems to have some sort of guilt, survivor's guilt perhaps, over the deaths of her mentor and other cabal-mates.

Chi channeled through a quick strike can be as effective, and much more subtle, than the hardest of blows.
Form: Willow Bends in the Wind (*** Life)
