The Technocrat steam-men have improved a lot in quality lately, but unfortunately not in manners.
I don't think this woman with the gold-fringed white-coat took me to her Sanctum in order to read to me from Christabel, in fact, I fear, that she might have quite nefarious purposes!

The situation in the London Spirit World is absolutely and completely unacceptable! To turn the Dreaming into a nightmare is something I thought beyond even the Technocrats.
My new found friend seems very clever, in fact downright orphic. Also has a thing for snakes. Hum, might want to talk to her about that sometime.
Must do something for these poor benighted spirits. Maybe create some sort of underground railway to funnel tass and support into their system?
Good Heavens! How strange the future is! They area allowing people to walk around dressed in outrageous costumes, but ban opium and hasheesh?
Speaking of opium, I really do need some laudanum. No really. I feel a bit jittery. Few drops of the old stuff to straighten me out.
