The message begins with a man with long slivery hair, wearing futuristics red and white jovian style uniform with a long white overcoat over it. He's standing on an observation deck of some ship, with the lights dim in the background, and behind the deck, there is obviously in the distance points of lights that are more ships, and smaller ones moving at high speed that could be either fighters or mobile suits.
“People of the Federation. I greet you as the leader of the Solar Liberation Army to accuse your government of betraying the very purpose and reason why it was founded. The Federation which was suppose to bring peace and prosperity to the system has boughten a false peace, and a prosperity for those who are only an elite. The outer systems colonies, are often left outside of the decision making process and treated like conquered states rather then integral members of the Federation. Lest we forget the plight of the most among of us, the baselines who systematically and institutionally discriminated against.
Nor can we any longer turn our attention away from the fact the elites that run the Federation have become even more greedier, seeking not to control just the Solar system and its puppet systems, but those who had the guts to form their own nation. War materials production, and weapons developed have continued unabated since the end of the System War? And what for, the League of Outer Stars could barely protect itself if it was attacked.
The Federation has become in short, a militaristic, apartheid state, in which the rights and respect of the many have fallen on deaf ears of the short. It is a sick state, and one that needs to be rebuilt from the first stages up with equality from all its members if its to work. In this vein, I call upon the Federation to leave unmolested the former colonies of the SIA and allow them to have a vote to determine their status if they wish to go back to being independent or staying with the Federation.
I am man of peace, and I will give the Federation six months to comply these demands from the people.
If not, then we of the Solar Liberation Army, shall take up arms against the corrupt Federation and follow the footsteps of the great war hero Axel Flag and fight for justice, bring down the Federation, and build something better in its place..
