He can attempt to overcome it through training, but for experience purposes his rating is treated as 5 (so the 2nd dot would cost 20 XP, 3rd would cost 24, etc). Magickal attempts to remedy this are always treated as Vulgar With Witnesses.
- Dark Fate// Circumstances will exert themselves to return the damned Haight back to the Underworld in a state of immobility.
- Sealed Avatar// Every use of Arete requires spending 1 point of Temporary Willpower and then passing a dif 9 Willpower test. In the Umbra, the Willpower test is not necessary. For the purposes of collaborating with other mages, Samuel can work with Hermetics, Verbena and other 'conventional' European magi.
