Considered too inflexible, too temperamental and too expensive, incorporating several half-baked prototype technologies, it eventually ended up locked away in a fleet base officially known only by a number, a graveyard for ships considered mistakes. How Charlotte got her hands on it remains uncertain, but it seems likely that some dodgy under-the-table dealings were involved. Admittedly, not many people in Jardin Navy would miss the boondoggle.

The Sea of Morningstar, a major Autocephaly, which was constructing twelve dysjunction drive High Liners applied for the program. While these ships largely failed as high liners due to the ironic prioritization of military grade equipment they were quickly appreciated as commercial couriers and Public Horses for Cavaliers, enough so that another twelve were launched by 5364 in spite of competition with Omnicruiser hulls.
