NATIONAL LEADERS
Monarch (Hereditary succession / by the sword / only the Monarch gets a vote)
- Cheaper Vassalage points?

- Monarch "Traits" unlocked as your "buying" or representing a living person and their leadership tendencies. Positive Monarch traits
- Soldier-King. Born in the saddle, or marching along with the legions and lovingly called "little boots"...
- Mercenary Captain/General. +1/2 Common Draft of any non-national race.
- Wizard (+X Books)
- Farmer (+X Food)
- Hero. Your name resounds throughout the local lands as man, woman or "it" of fame and great importance. There are certain diplomatic and morale advantages to having a hero as a ruler.

Elected Governments (or Kings) have different traits that represent who does the electing.
- Merchant Estate. For the traders, by the traders! (and the rich). +X Gold.
- Common Estate. while the average peasant might not vote, the burghers can. +X Common draft.
- Noble Estate. +X noble draft.
- Vassal Electors. Requires points in "Vassalage".
GOVERNMENT FORMS
Governments have different forms and traits attached to them. Pick two.
- Despotism. Rule by force or fear of force. +X Free unit gold upkeep.
- Administrative. Rule by the King's (or Senates) laws and the supporting officials. +100 Gold
- Feudalism. +X Noble draft modifier (Keeps only). Unlocks "Vassalage".
- Mercantilism. Unlocks "Trade Connections"
- Tribal.
