Lost Ground complement: 170pp
In a temporarily effective if somewhat suspect attempt to disincentivize the government of Lost Ground from going to war by dint of reducing their warmaking potential in exchange for hard currency (ie, hiring mercenaries), the Thetan Federation hired a contingent of fully-armed Alter troops and associated dropships. With war against Sceptre looming around Lost Ground, fast-thinking diplomats bought the Alter contract out, something that suited the Alter soldiers enjoying the finer life on Thetis all too well.
