The One (D)
One of your characters slew a Chosen in battle and lived to tell the tale. Was it skill? Was it fate? Was it just blind luck? The hero's name is known Arth-over, either as a champion who stands 10 feet tall and shoots fire from their eyes, or a devil-touched blackguard who must be dragged to Exalticon in chains. But what does the adulation or enmity of mortals mean to one who has seen an angel die by their own hand. . . and felt their mind ring with the cry vengeance sworn by the lover of an immortal. For an eternal being who can move heaven and earth, this mortal is now the only thing on Arth that matters. They are The One.
One of your characters is has drawn the personal hatred of a Chosen Enemy (specify which one). This character will not be allowed to die until all they love also lies in ruins, and only then will an avenging angel flay them from their mortal coil, one infinitely painful molecule at a time. Gain fate every time some great disaster befalls this character and those they love. If you successfully spend fate to avoid this character's death, immediately regain it. This character also starts with +2 levels. They also get free drinks in any bar in the Zones. When the Chosen finally comes for them, they'll need it.
This is a unique trait and only one character of one nation may have it.
