Yuri doesn't remember why she left the Scum caravans. That memory, and much of her life there, has been edited out of her memory; she has not pursued this, as she does remember that she did most of the editing herself. This puts her at a loss to exactly why the scum caravans regard her sideways and step gingerly around her, but she does not worry much.

Prior to joining Firewall, Yuri produced a series of XP files and Simulspace constructs for various clients - including those in the erotic industry. The most lucrative business for her was the black market trade for dangerous experiences and for 'extreme' VR situations. She took great pride in producing the most chilling and captivating VR states, to best express the depths of data experience.
